We do not deliver to any Channel Islands, Remote Islands, Northern Ireland including any remote areas unless we have pre-agreed this over eBay messages.
The couriers are only insured for ground floor deliveries and can place the item in your room of choice providing it is on the ground floor.
The buyer is responsible to ensure access and to ensure that the items can fit into their location before purchasing as a delivery charge may be deducted as the couriers may have to travel back to our depot to return any undelivered items.
The couriers can assist you with the setup of your item however this is dependent on your location, their schedule and they may charge a small fee. Any contract you enter into at this stage is between you and the courier.
Delivery routes are planned in by the courier and you cannot select a delivery date. You can advise us with 24 hours notice if a delivery date is inconvenient, however, you may face delays if the courier has to reschedule.
If you are not in for a scheduled delivery there may be a re-delivery charge payable directly to the courier upon re-delivery.
You must notify us of any issues within 24 hours if you have an issue with your item.
If you have an issue, please message us first before opening a eBay case as we are able to resolve most queries via eBay messages.
In the event you have changed your mind and we have to collect an item then there is a collection charge of £150 payable to the courier to collect your item. This may be deducted from any refund. The item must be brand new and in the original condition we delivered it.
If we have to collect a return from any of the below postcodes because we have delivered there, then there is a collection charge of £250 which may be deducted from any refund.
