Shipping
Goods will normally be sent within 3 working days. Working days being Monday to Friday and excluding all Bank Holidays.
Please remember delivery times are only a guide. Once shipped we have no control over the delivery.
Shipping times are out of our control. Please kindly inform us if you have waited for a long time without receiving the parcel.
A parcel will not be confirmed as lost by the post office/couriers until 15 working days have passed,
after which a full refund will be provided.
Most of our products are sent with a tracking number.
If the buyer has provided the wrong address and the parcel is returned to the sender, only the item cost minus any extra postal expenses will be refunded.
The buyer will be responsible for, and to pay for any shipping fees required for the item to be resent to the new address.
Please note that P.O. Box address is NOT supported for most of the items; we will only send to the address given on Paypal, no exceptions.
Unless otherwise stated items will be delivered by your postman and as such may have been left in a safe place or with a neighbour, if previously agreed.
If a failed delivery is made your item will be left at your nearest Royal Mail hub and should be collected asap.

All items will be listed as garment size, hand measured size or both. Please take the time to measure yourself. so as to order the correct size and to please go by the hand measured size
if this is included in the listing. This is to get the most accurate fit. We hand measure and individually photograph each item, return postage costs will not be offered on size differences as used jeans will always vary
slightly from the label.
You may have been the same size for a number of years by shrinking or stretching your clothes to fit, an up to date measurement is recommended.
Nearly all our items at denimpreloved have been preloved before. They have been lovingly washed and worn to create individual items that you can't get from buying new.
Items will not be perfect, so please don't expect them to be as new, in size or fit.

Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days providing they are returned in the same condition as they were sent. Any attempted misuse of Ebay's return policy may invalidate your return and
