1. Open the package, take out the instrument and put on the battery and put the battery cover and shockproof guard set.
2. Press the POWER button to turn on the power, (there will be a short stay, which is normal) and insert the measuring probe (thermocouple) into the measuring input port according to the positive indication, and warm up for 1 minute. For the convenience of users, this instrument is set up with three selectable temperature modes (℃, ℉, K). If you need to choose between Celsius and Fahrenheit, thermodynamic temperature mode, press ℃, ℉, K key to switch
3. Place the other end of the probe at the place you want to measure, wait for the value on the instrument display to stabilize, at this time the value on the instrument display is the temperature value of the measured object.
4. When you need to keep the measurement data, press HOLD to keep the reading, the display will show the symbol, and the display value has been locked, no longer change; press HOLD again to cancel the reading to keep the function, and continue the normal measurement.
5. Press MAXIMUM,MIN,AVG keys, will be sequential cycle for the maximum value lock, minimum value lock, average value lock and other functions of the conversion, so that users understand the law of temperature change.
6. Insert two thermocouple probes into the T1, T2 measurement input port (can also be inserted only one), press the T1, T2 key, you can measure the temperature of two different objects, LCD display T1, is the temperature of the object T1, LCD display T2, is the temperature of the object T2. Press the T1,T2 key, then the LCD shows T1,T2.

7. After the measurement is complete, press the POWER key to turn off the instrument power.
