I take pride in shipping items carefully.  However, if an item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately.  All shipping materials (box, poly bag, bubble wrap, paper, etc.) must be kept, as well as it is necessary to take 7 pictures to document exterior damage of the box, as well as the interior damage of the item(s) that was purchased.  This documentation is required to file a damage claim with both USPS and UPS.

 Return Policy: You may return unworn, unwashed merchandise in its original condition with all tags attached.  If you bought a brand-new item, it MUST be returned brand new (Sealed and Any returns MUST be sent back to us complete and in the same condition as delivered to you Unopened). Items must be in new or original condition (free of odor, markings etc.) and ready for resale. Any serial or product numbers must match the purchased item for refund.
