Selling one vintage Ecart International “Straight Back” armchair designed by Jean Michel Frank in 1932. This model is popular amongst leading interior design studios like Studio Mellone and Alyssa Kapito Interiors, and can be seen in Architectural Digest.

The body of the armchair is in a lovely rich brown Ecart leather which is incredibly soft to the touch. The seat is upholstered in a luxurious deep brown/ burgundy Ecart velvet. Maker’s label reading ‘Ecart Paris’ can be found under the seat. Scratches and scuffs commensurate with age - please view photos.

The armchair measures approx. W80cm x D78cm x H78cm.

COLLECTION ONLY. Would recommend AnyVan or similar courier service to collect as they offer tracking and great customer service. The armchair is fairly heavy so recommend two people when collecting.
