Estate find. Here is a rare opportunity to own a pair a pair of very condition store boxes I believe to have women bathing suits in them. I tried to find another examples online of these type of store boxes with women on them but was unsuccessful.

Items was recently purchased from a local museum curator who collected antique paper advertising things for many years.

I believe these 2 boxes are late 1910s to 1920. Really nice gold litho used in the interior. Sort of like an Art Nouveau design or early Art Deco. I’m not sure why this design was used. Boxes are 1 1/2” by 4 1/4” by 12 1/1”.

Condition is very good. No splits on corner other than light wear. Bo danger of box falling apart from being brittle.

Both for mine money! I only have these two ladies!
