This item is in near-mint condition and comes with the original box (with inside tray, manual, and LEGO Builders Club insert. Everything, including the decals and minifigures, are in excellent condition. The box does show some very minimal wear around the edges but nothing too noticeable. For the age, the box, manual, and pieces are in remarkable condition. All the pieces to assemble are included. 100% Complete. It would be hard to top this set in its condition on the used market. The cloth sail is also in near-mint condition. Smoke-free home.
