Stilnovo A monumental of spear-shaped sconces, seven feet high, by Stilnovo. Three shallow cups, in black enamel with white interior, float on the upper third of a polished brass stem with a long pointed finial. The sconces are anchored by two shaped arms, the lower one surrounding the stem like an abstract hand. A strong modernist and geometric statement, of considerable scale. With Stilnovo manufacturer's mark inside the bowl. India 1950s. Expertly and sensitively restored, it is UL listed for use in the United States. Brass plates fit an American junction box. NOTE: The white boxes in the photos are not part of the sconces; Please look at the close-ups of the brass plates to see how the sconces will look on your wall.
