Where soils are lacking Boron, liquid feeding can prevent deficiency when applied early in the season

Boron is essential for correct meristem (growing points of roots and shoots) growth, carbohydrate metabolism, synthesis of nucleic acids and pollination. The solubility of B is pH dependent and deficiency problems are more likely on alkaline soils (pH>7.0). Coarse or sandy soils, and those subject to excessive leaching, can also lead to B deficiency. Boron also becomes less available during long periods of drought. Application of boron after observing symptoms is usually too late to prevent the problem.

Application Rates:

Apply 0.5-2l/ha Boron as a foliar spray. Where Boron  levels are very low repeat applications after 14 days  may be beneficial. Since Boron is not readily translocated around the plant several low dose applications may be more effective than single high rate applications.

Water Rate:

Conventional spraying 200 I/ha of water Low Volume spraying 55 I/ha of water

Mixing Instructions: PIC-TECH Boron will disperse in water with agitation. Many pesticides can be tank-mixed with Boron.  Follow this mixing sequence:

2.PIC-TECH Boron

3.Pesticides

Agitate tank whilst adding product. Any residue in this container is water soluble. Rinse the container with water and add solution to spray tank. To test spray ability always mix the products in small container in the ratios to be used before performing the operation in the spray tank.  For Do not spray during very hot, dry or bright weather

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card provider. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
