1986 Mattel Princess of Power Starburst She Ra figure.  She is complete w/all accessories EXCEPT for her headpiece (and pink comb if you count that). she’s in excellent condition w/light play wear but nothing broken or damaged I can find.  This is the correct Starburst figure w/both arms that lift together. See pics for more details.
