PLEASE READ TERMS + CONDITIONS BELOW
1: Please pay within 3 days of winning auction, I will then post within 3 days of payment.
2: E-bay will automatically open an unpaid case on items not paid for within my 3 day period and an unpaid case will be recorded on your account if you still have not paid within 3 days of the opened unpaid case.
3: I always send items on second class postage unless otherwise asked and will always obtain proof of postage so will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods via transit.**If you would like a different postage e.g 1st class, signed for or special delivery, please contact me before paying so I can amend your invoice for you**
4: If buying from a Country outside of the UK please be aware that e-bay will charge extra on top of my postage charge as the item will first be sent to a global shipping sorting office **a list of countries included in the shipping programme and estimated postage cost is available for you to check by the postage cost section**
5: All items costing £20 + is sent via signed for postage for extra security due to issues occurring in the past e.g people claiming not to have received their items.
6: Please be aware that due to re-selling laws labels will be cut in half or taken off items which are new with tag before posting to prevent customers from trying to exchange items or gain a full price refund in stores.
7: I am an honest seller and describe items as accurately as possible i.e size, measurements, colour, condition etc but please bare in mind that colours/camera's/computer screens vary as do people's perceptions so I do not accept returns or offer refund if you are disappointed with your item unless I have made a major error on the description. Same applies if your item doesn't fit so please check measurements before bidding.
8: I value my feedbacks very much so if you win the bidding on any of my items and are happy with the transaction/item please leave feedback for me, I will then do the same in return. I am proud of my 100% rating so any problems/issues please contact me first before leaving negative feedback or involving ebay so I can try to resolve them with you. Thank you.
