Primo balance rims laced to a primo N4fl front hub and a primo remix cassette rear hub, also has hub guards in them, a couple scratches here and there but no mechanical issues whatsoever. Cassette hub sounds amazing both rims are nice and straight no flat spots or hops. Comes with tires and tubes.
