RETURNS And Cancellations

We do not accept returns or cancellations. If you have an issue with your purchase, please message me. The response is usually within one to two hours. If, for some reason, we have reached an agreement to return an item, at no fault of Bellasattic, the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. The item must arrive in the condition received. If the item is damaged in transit, the buyer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier, and no refund from Bellasattic is forthcoming.

Item Arrived Damaged:

If your purchase arrived damaged, please notify us within two days of receipt. We will assist you in filing a claim. You must submit;

1. pictures of the damaged item

2. Pictures of the box, fragile label, photos showing any damage to the container, and if there is an inside shipping box, photograph the inside shipping box as well

3. All wrapping

4. Once a claim is filed on your behalf, you will receive a claim number from the carrier via Bellasattic. Take all wrapping paper, extra boxing, etc., along with the outside box and content to the carrier (USPS)., etc. The courier will give you a receipt, photograph the receipt, and forward a copy to Bellasattic. No resolution will be made until Bellasattic receive confirmation the item has been dropped off with the carrier. ( The buyer is responsible for helping file a claim).

We do our Best to create an imagery of the listed item through pictures and our description. We are not experts, just enjoy finding vintage and antique treasures. All electrical items purchased are as described; it is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect the electrical item before plugging it into a circuit. Bellasattic is not responsible for any electrical wiring or damage caused by the electrical item purchased from Bellasattic. We highly recommend rewiring older vintage/antique electrical items.
