The cards are all in very good condition, contained in order in an official folder/binder. This has some splitting of the inside front cover as seen which is very typical of these albums, and one nail cap is missing on the spine, but apart from that and possibly some other small signs of being a used folder, overall it's still in very good condition. 

If buying complete sets isn't for you, I do also have sealed boxes and packs especially of the Invader series for sale too. :)
