This is a rare opportunity to acquire a 1962 PAF Patent Number neck pickup with unopened nickel cover, excellent original decal, with about 9 inches of original 2 conductor braided hook-up wire. These pickups are often sold for the price I am asking but without the cover!!  I just can't bear to remove the original solder!!

PLUS comes with its original guitar serial number, providing provenance for the year. The last pics include pics of the label and guitar this set came from. 

This pickup is a narrow spaced so-called "jazz" pickup and was removed from a '62 Barney kessel Regular, but people have discovered that these work great in a Les Paul or es 335 and in many instances provides better string alignment over the poles. The original nickel paf cover is in nice condition with normal graying and an authentic relic appearance.

Great opportunity to get real PAF tone at about half the price of one with a PAF sticker. This one has that warm woody tone we all crave.
