It's a highly reliable, high capacity proving cabinet which gives you plenty of space and flexibility to prepare large quantities of dough for cooking.
With built-in precise humidity control, the machine provides the perfect conditions for accurate yeast activation, as well as dependable, high capacity hot holding. With space for up to 9 full-size sheet pans and user-friendly dial controls, the cabinet is ideal for use in bakeries or other sites which offer large quantities of specialist breads.

Warranty Information
Our equipment comes serviced by a fully qualified, catering engineer. It is tested to be in good working order and we invite customers to see this for themselves at our unit at Bd213hd
Each item is covered by a 3 month parts-only warranty. If we are unable to supply you with the parts you require, we will send you a replacement machine of equal (or better) specification. If we are unable to supply you with a replacement machine, the machine can be returned to base and a full refund will be issued.
To qualify for the warranty, the item MUST be installed by a fully qualified catering engineer who will install it according to manufacturers guidelines. Failure to do so will null and void any warranty . We cannot be held responsible for any malfunction caused by incorrect installation.
Delivery lead times quoted are approximate and are not binding. Please allow 5 days for delivery although we will aim to have your order with you within 1 working days of receipt of payment
