Description:  It is an original antique map approximately 177 years old, blank on reverse, no centerfold, great for framing. It is from an 1847 edition of Stieler's Hand Atlas, published in Gotha by Justus Perthes and the map has a date of 1844 in small print in the bottom left corner.  Stieler's Hand Atlas appears in the top right margin. The map is not mounted, matted nor framed being sold as a single map as seen in the first pic. 

Size: The map image measures approximately 11 by 13 inches (28x34cm)  on a 14 1/2 by 17 1/2" page (37x45cm), the diameter of the sphere is 11 inches (28cm)

Condition: The map is in Very Good condition, blank on reverse, printed on a heavy paper. There are a few very minor handling smudges around the outer margin, otherwise it is very clean with strong original color that would frame up well. The pics are of the actual map, although the actual map looks much better.
