Absolutely incredible 1900s Edwardian dress in the darkest shade of deep navy blue wool twill ( to my eyes it is ALMOST black). Truly a museum piece due to its colorful chain stitch embroidery and stylish 1900s-1920s styling.

Delightful vibrant colors of seafoam green, pink, blue, goldenrod, tan, and brown.

The sleeves puff out in a bishop style and are then fitted at the wrist with two hidden snaps.

This is 100% wearable! Fabric is strong.

°°°°°°°°°° This would best suit a size XS/S due to the shoulder/back measurement. °°°°°°°°°°°°°

Measurements in inches:

Bust up to 38

Waist 35, meant to be loose fitting

Hips 42, meant to be loose fitting

Length 43.5

Shoulder 13.5" from seam to seam

Up to 16" to where shoulders would extend beyond the seam

Across back 11-11.5 inches

Arm 25

Condition:

Has a scattering of moth nibbles all over. Most don't seem to go entirely through the dress. Due to the weave of the wool twill fabric, these blend in SO well that they are very difficult to note.

The snap in cami is variegated shades of light ecru/off white. Looks organically aged. The lace itself seems to be all one shade, and since the cami is hidden it doesn't much matter from a stylistic standopint. Would brighten with a simple soak, if you choose to remove it, etc.
