VW T5 T6 SWB Transporter 1 PIECE 12mm Ply Floor Campervan Day Van

Precision CNC cut in-house from our own design this floor is the best on the market. We have used this on our conversions for many years and have tweaked the design many times to suit campervans perfectly.

Made from large 12x1525x3050mm exterior grade Performance ply (not cheap Chinese Red-face) this floor is "1 piece" so no joins are visible (since the VW Transporter is wider than 1525mm there is a small wing pre-glued in the back corner which is hidden by the jack) and it's ready to drop into your van.

Our floors are made with a bit of tolerance in mind as we have found that some people insulated their rear arches, so this floor allows for that. We cut our vinyl a little bit oversized for the perfect finish.

We bond our floors down with a polyurethane adhesive (we never use screws) and always have some in stock. If you need some then this is £7 a tube cash on collection (2x tubes normally needed).
