We stock 100% of Konica Minolta supplies office equipment in our warehouse in New Jersey. From copiers, printers, digital duplicators, and the necessary inks and toners, to servicing fax machines that don’t want to play nice, our staff and technicians are the best in the business.

Ship to Address

We ship only to the valid address on file with eBay.

Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico

Currently, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. In the event an order does go through an insufficient shipping was calculated, we reserve the right to bill additional shipping.

Signature Required

Many of our orders require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you will be available at your address to accept the package. Feel free to inquire with any questions.

APO/Military Addresses

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship to APO/Military addresses.

Returned To Sender

Carrier will make 3 separate delivery attempts in a row before returning the package to us. In the event of 3 failed attempts, you will be refunded LESS THE SHIPPING FEES BOTH WAYS.

Turnaround Time

99% of orders ship the same or following business day after you pay. If you pay on Friday, it ships on Monday.

Mailed In Payment

We accept eBay as our preferred Payment method.

Communication

After you send payment, we will email confirmations and tracking information to your registered eBay address. Tracking numbers will also be uploaded to your My eBay account.
