The Riello BB SDH 72-M1 is a 14 amp-hour extended runtime module/ battery pack designed to be used in conjunction with Riello's VSD 2200/3000 and SDH 2200/3000 range of UPS.

These would effectively increase the capacity by circa 2.5x , and approximately do the same for the runtime of the UPS they are attached to. So if your current runtime is 40 minutes, and you add an EBM, then the new runtime would be around 1H45M. We tested one with a UPS that had no cells in and recorded 10 minutes 30 seconds runtime with a 2KW load.

When you have a UPS and EBM, it is advisable to have the cells approximately the same age. So its not a good idea to buy an EBM for a UPS that has been in use for 3 years without also replacing the cells in the UPS. We can quote for cell replacement kits for you to rebuild the UPS cell bank and they are not dear. Email us your setup if you want guidance on the best approach to adding an EBM to an existing UPS setup.

The EBM includes the DC Bus cable to connect the EBM to the UPS. They can be rack mounted or used as a tower. You can start using it straight away.

Our products are comprehensively tested by UPS experts and are fully working. They are second user, and will have cosmetic signs of previous use.

The grading is A-Grade which we class as as good as you can get without having new. We touch up or re-spray cases as needed. We have been supplying UPS since 2002 and are the respected leader in the field, with the most used stock in Europe. Our experience reduces the occurrence of problems, and the availability of resources and stock we hold means we have the ability to quickly resolve issues when they do arise.

We set our same day dispatch times on eBay as a guide. This is a broad stroke estimation, as our items are of varying complexity. While simple orders can be packed and shipped quickly, large units or volume quantities may roll over to being dispatched the following working day. All of our consignments are sent fully insured on a 24 hour service with our carriers. We cover all problems that occur in transit. We can ship to the EU (transit time varies) and have experience packing and shipping to overseas destinations. The EU shipping costs are estimated and can be subject to surcharge. Large UPS may be palletised or shipped with the UPS in one box, and the cells in another. We have the packing materials to make sure that there are few problems in transit. Our warehouse is based in the UK.

When we process the order, we issue a dispatch notification via email. This will have a PDF invoice attached, and detail which courier we have shipped with, along with the tracking number and any pertinent information & guidance.
