Used less than a dozen times. UV Filter has been on the lens since I purchased it. Any spots seen in photos is just light dust from sitting on my shelf. No scratches on front or rear element. May show slight wear from normal use but otherwise this lens is close to perfect. I recently upgraded to a new wide angles lens so I no longer need! I have the box as well and can include upon request!
