It is a Reg Key West Palm Cover-Up Tube Dress in Black Tropical.  Sz XL.  New without Tags.  This coverup is soft and has pockets.  Machine wash.  Lay flat to dry.  Measurements are:  Bust 40", Waist 38", Length from shoulder to hem 56".  These are all unstreched measurements.  This dress has plenty of stretch.
