Emil Rittershausen (1852-1927) was a master flute and piccolo maker in Berlin, Germany, who was trained by legendary Theobald Boehm. E. Rittershausen established his own shop around 1876, and his flutes quickly became highly sought-after professional-level hand-crafted instruments, which are now rare and unique pieces of flute-making history! The piccolo is approximately 100 years old. The piccolo needs a complete overhaul, a new case, and new case cover. The piccolo is an Open G-sharp.  The keys are silver. The piccolo can be restored or used as a beautiful display piece.
