Mirrors are hard to take photos of! I hope you can see what a nice item this is. I think it was a top quality item in its day, there is a lot of work in that delicate circular pattern in the centre.

It’s a bit of a puzzle because it has no handles as you might expect if it were a tray. But it’s got no fixings or any indication that it should hang on a wall and I think with that central design it is meant to be something that you stand items on rather than hang on the wall. The house that I cleared it from was using it in a display cabinet and it had crystal glasses stood on it.

It measures 15.5 inches by 9 inches.
