1949 Press Photo Una Castle, dance instructor, cook, painter and designer

This is an original press photo. Appropriately enough Miss Una Castle has just created a dance called the "Whirlwind." In private life, the blonde Miss Castle is Mrs. Alex Dana. She's recently learned how to cook. She is now learning painting, without benefit of formal instruction. She is writing a musical show. She designs her own clothes. These, of course, are spare time occupations, since Miss Castle's business is managing the Arthur Murray studio in New Orleans. Miss Una Castle...she says she's naturally lazy. Photo measures 8.25 x 10 inches. Photo is dated 06-06-1949.
