Once read and then stored issue #89 of Fantastic Four. 1969 edition. Good condition with the following flaws: Crease on lower front cover and page 3, small fraying and indentation in top left corner of cover, some very small tattering of edge of last page and back cover (may be original to comic).  Please see photo's for book condition.  Bagged and boarded.  Book will be carefully packed and shipped in a purpose built cardboard mailer.
