Women's navy blue white polka dot fit and flare dress.

Short sleeves, V neck, flared skirt and one belt loop at the side.

I think this dress may have been handmade - so there are no labels -I have put approx. 16 but please go by the measurements provided.

Underarm to underarm measures from 21" - 22" ( 42" - 44" all round). 

From shoulder to hem it measures 44".

The dress looks like it has been handmade but it has been taken in at one side over one of the belt loops - otherwise it is in good condition - if someone can sew maybe they could correct the mistakes or maybe even use the dress for something else such as a skirt?

I am happy to combine postage.
