Damaged Product 

If the product is damaged in shipping please send pictures within 24 hours and we can start process of filing a claim and get a replacement out to you....  


Returns 

Buyers are responsible to check what they have before ordering. 

DO NOT ORDER OFF TITLE ALONE 


When returning products to us you MUST provide: Item Number Buyer ID Your Address Your Phone Number Reason for Return and provide Tracking. 


  • We only offer refunds if the return is handled within the first 30 days (as per our eBay policy) so any returns after the 30 day period will be via repair or replacement. 
  • New returns are subject to 20% restocking fee and buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs on any new return.  WHICH INCLUDE NO LONGER NEEDED, BOUGHT WRONG PART, NOT COMPATIBLE OR USEFUL, WRONG WEBSITE DESCRIPTION (EXPLAIN) ARRIVED TOO LATE.  
  • Must provide original delivery dates and the actual delivery date.
  • Any warranty return after 30 days, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If item fails within 30 days we provide a return shipping label. 
  • 30 days after purchase we DO NOT offer refunds on ANY returns, just repairs, but buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return the product. 
  • Any item taken APART or DEFACED or SIGNIFICANTLY DIFFERENT which include being DIRTY  and returned broken are subject to 50% restock 

Issues with Order 

If you get an item "that isn't as described" please be clear in stating what is different about the listing and the product you received. On rare occasions we do have shipping errors but ordering a starter because it looked the same is not "item not as described". 

There are many starters that look very similar to others and unless you are certain the product you order is correct prior to ordering we consider it to be user error. Please send a message to us to confirm the product you order is correct prior to ordering. We have experienced technicians who can help you be certain you get the right product for your needs.  

Pictures 
Pictures are NOT always of the exact product. Sometimes an OEM picture may be used or a different color product (ie different color pulley, stickers or other tags) but the purpose of the picture is to provide you with the style and specs of the product. If one of our products is OEM we state it as such in the PART BRAND section of item specifics. We sell OEM and aftermarket products. If you aren't sure please ask prior to purchasing. 
  

Warranty 
Most of the returns we get either are 100% functional products or have a simple problem such as bad battery or dirty/loose/misconnected cables. Please make sure you contact us to see if we can help you resolve any issues before diagnosing a product as warranty. If you take our product to a shop to test and pay to have it tested, please insist on a copy of the results as we will require it in order to approve return.  

 
Any warranty return after 30 days, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If item fails within 30 days we provide a return shipping label. 

30 days after purchase we attempt to repair the part, if unsuccessful we will send a replacement, but buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return the product. You have a 1 year warranty from date of purchase on the original bought part. 
 

Shipping Times 

Please note that shipping times on eBay are estimates. We ship from multiple locations and generally our product arrives faster than the estimated times but on occasion that won't be the case due to shipping carrier, weather, etc. If you need it by a specific day please confirm prior to ordering or upgrade to the next day service. If you order on a Friday at 3PM CST your product will not ship until Monday. We ship our eBay orders up until 3PM CST. Again, if you need faster please order accordingly. We do not ship product on weekends or holidays.  
  

International Orders 
We only ship internationally via the eBay Global Shipping Program. We assume no liability for any costs incurred outside of the United States. All customs or import duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer as are any other possible fees regarding shipping costs.

Please confirm fitment prior to purchasing. Some types of vehicles take different options based on specific vehicle information that only you may know (i.e.. manual or automatic). We list the information as best as it has been provided to us but if you aren't sure about the fitment please ask prior to purchasing.
