Return

(1) Customers are granted the right to return the product within a span of 30 days following its receipt. The product to be returned must be in its original state, inclusive of all accessories, literature, and the factory carton it was delivered in. Unless the product is found to be defective, the expenses related to shipping and handling will not be subject to a refund.

(2) In the event that the product is defective, the return shipping cost will be credited back to the buyer’s PayPal account once the defect has been verified. For all returned items that are not defective, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and logistics. A request for an RMA number must be made to us within 30 days of receiving the item. Returns without an RMA number will be declined and returned to the sender. Thank you for your understanding.
