Shipping Information

Our warehouses are located in different locations in the United States:
CA WAREHOUSE, KY WAREHOUSE, IL WAREHOUSE, NJ WAREHOUSE, TX WAREHOUSE. Most items (unless noted in the processing times) ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days after your payment is received and processed in our system. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on Monday (excluding holidays).
Once your order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information.
If you do not receive your shipment, please contact us via ebay mail.

Shipment Note

We will prioritize shipping from the nearest warehouse to you. If the products from the nearest warehouse are sold out, we will arrange for shipping from other warehouses

Terms of Sale

Customers must contact us within 30 days of receiving the item for return or exchange approval.
No refunds or exchanges will be made once the merchandise has been installed, used or modified.
Exchanges will only be made if the product is defective or if the customer receives the wrong part.
Returns and/or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
All returns and/or exchanges must be in new/uninstalled condition.
It is sellers responsible for any return shipping cost within 30 days.

Warranty

All of our brand new products come with a 30 day money back guarantee.
We define an item as defective only if it does not function as described.
It is the buyer's responsibility to understand the item description before bidding.
We will replace a defective item provided it is in stock within the warranty period posted for the item.
If a replacement is not available or the buyer wishes a refund, we will refund the purchase price and send back the original item at our own expense.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Human damage due to abuse or misuse is not covered under warranty.
No product liability insurance is covered
