Description:  It is an authentic Antique map approximately 130 years old with original hand coloring as issued. It is from an 1888 edition of Mitchell's New Intermediate Geography, A System of Modern Geography, published by H. Butler & Co., Philadelphia, 1888, a copy of the title page is included. It is not framed, matted or mounted, being sold as a loose sheet as seen in the pic photographed against a dark background. Overall, nicely preserved with an antique appearance that would frame up well.

Condition: It is in Good condition for its age with overall light tonal ageing, on a flexible page with hand coloring. There are a couple of slightly bent corners, damp stain along the edges and a few light smudges around the margins, see the pics for more on condition. Overall, a rich patina for those desiring a lightly stressed antique appearance. The pics are of the actual map.
