Description: It is an authentic antique map approximately 130 years old with bright ceragraphic color (a wax engraving process). It is from Rand McNally's New Household Atlas, published for the Chicago Weekly News, 1885, a facsimile copy of the title page is included for authenticity. It is not matted nor framed being sold as a single sheet as shown in the main pic. Overall, a very nice small map that would frame up well. Overall, a very beautiful map with nice rich color and an antique appearance that would frame up well!
Size: The dimensions of the map area between the neat lines measures 5 1/2 by 6 inches on a page measuring 6 1/2 by 10" (16x25cm) with a margin all around as seen in the main pic.
Condition: The map is in Good to Very Good condition with very light tonal aging and darkening around the edges, text on reverse. There are a few spots in the margin and a slight crease on the bottom right corner; otherwise, it is very clean, see the pic for more on condition. The pics are of the actual map.
