- Fire or explosion

- Damage to property

3. **Proper Usage and Handling**

You agree to use our LiPo batteries in accordance with all provided instructions, guidelines, and safety precautions. Misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow these instructions can result in serious harm.

4. **Inspection and Maintenance**

You are responsible for regularly inspecting the batteries for any signs of damage, wear, or defects. Do not use any battery that appears to be damaged or compromised in any way.

5. **Storage and Charging**

LiPo batteries must be charged and stored in a safe, controlled environment, away from flammable materials and direct sunlight. Use only approved chargers and follow all safety guidelines for charging.
