WE DO LIST FROM WORKING ENVIRONMENT OR A COMPANY STATING TO US THEY WORK, AND SOMETIMES ALL WE CAN DO TO VERIFY IS PLUG AN ITEM IN. WE TRY AND LIST ACCURATELY HOW WE TESTED. WITH ANY ELECTRONICS THEY COULD WORK FOR US AND THEN REBEL AND NOT WORK AFTER SHIPMENT. IN ANY CASE WE TRY AND OFFER AS MANY ITEMS WE CAN AS 30 DAY RETURNS. JUST PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST TO SET UP A RETURN. WE ARE SELLING USED ITEMS SO PLEASE BEWARE THEY COULD HAVE COSMETIC ISSUES OUR HUMAN EYES DID NOT SEE OR CATCH.

Third Party International Shipping Companies:  If you use a 3rd party International shipping company to get items to your country-please note -there are no guarantees from eBay or Paypal for these transactions. Once the item is delivered to these companies any issues you have at that point you have to file disputes with the shipping company you used. RETURNS:           

We have a 30-day inspection period for items described as working and offer returns on most items.               

We do accept returns in the event your item arrives DOA or is not as described, as long as returns are offered at the time of purchase on the listing. We try to fully examine everything prior to listing and thoroughly describe each item, but sometimes things slip through the cracks, especially when dealing with used merchandise. We do not accept returns on items that have been tampered with or altered in any way. If any items have asset tags those tags must be attached in order to return.
