Fonson.    The medal is listed as number 80 in Marc Vancraenbroeck's "Les Medailles de la presence belge en Afrique entrale 1876-1960."   The medal is 75.31 mm in diameter and made in bronze gilt (weighs 136 grams or 4.8 ounces).  The medal is a wonderful rich medium gold color, with very, very high relief engraving.  It would make a wonderful addition to your collection.
