How to Wear:
1. Clean your chest with mild soap and water.
2. Remove the protective film ( do not drop it ) from the bra.
3. Press and hold contour cups to skin for several moments to adhere cups to skin, place breasts comfortably into contour cups.
4. Connect the two bra cups together with the front drawstring/buckle.
5. Press gently over the outer surface of the bra cup with both hands for a few seconds to secure the hold.
