Antique Teak Candlestick Nightstick Hardwood Hand-turned Art Nouveau Style Rare+.

A very old, handturned, hardwood antique. I'm actually lost for what this item could have been used for. It looks like a Candlestick as you'll see from the photos but may have been for some other use. Some consistent scratch marks at base of bowl, shown, which suggests it definitely held something, maybe a particular type of candle. A  gothic style suggesting age
