Excellent condition! Fits together nice and tight.

90% complete, please look at all the pictures for everything that’s included.

If you don’t see it, then I don’t have it.

I know the “wooden pillar” decoration that hangs from the chains is missing.

Some of the hooks are broken, but most are intact. I didn’t hang all the chains in the picture because it’s a tedious process. I could have hung some of the other chains that are lying down.

A couple “pieces of meat” that hang from the hooks are included. Some are missing.

Chatterer - Mint figure, and complete! Sells for $70 alone on eBay.

Butterball - looks pretty complete, but I can’t be sure of every tool in his apron. Hook on back of head is detached. He has his alternate head. No arm joints are broken, which is common on this figure - so that’s a positive. Hooks in his belly are broken and detached.

FEMALE - SUPER RARE FIGURE! She is in EXCELLENT condition and this version is exclusive to the lair set! I think she only has one of her correct knife weapons. One looks right, one looks like it came from pinhead. This is easily a $100 figure in this great of condition.

Pinhead - Correct figure that is exclusive to this set. Incorrect box and weapons though. A couple pins on top of head are bent. See pics.

This set is in FANTASTIC condition for being 21 years old. Hard to find much better than this loose!
