This is a vintage hair barette/clip with a romantic Victorian style and appears to be gold plated. I have found the same hair clip listed as unsigned Kirk's Folly, but I can't guarantee that. It does have the same background design as other Kirk's Folly hair barettes. The clip is in very good condition with light unnoticeable wear.
