The item measures approx, 3cm across and weighs 7.7g.
The "Wright Cup" was as far as I am aware The "Wright Hospital Charity Cup." 

The item bear a full set of Birmingham 1921 (W) sterling silver hallmarks along with a "F&S" manufacturer mark for; "Fattorini & Sons Ltd."

The item is in a very good condition with no damage.
