The full-length
Main, Fuel Line, Fuel Return Line and after 1970 The Fuel Vapor Line run the
fuel length of the car or truck. The main and fuel line often run together with
the main fuel line being 3/8? in most cases and the return ¼? or 5/16? on fuel
injected cars. There are some cases from 1958-69 were the fuel line is 5/16?
there are also smaller size return lines of ¼? and 3/16?. So, check you lines
before ordering. An open-end wrench can be used to check the size. It will fit
snug over the dia of the line. Fuel vapor lines are typically 5/16? but can be
¼? in rare cases. It is important to know what line the Main, Return, and vapor
are, and which one is which.
Main fuel line ? This line delivers fuel from the gas tank to the fuel pump ? it typically has a rubber hose connection at the sending unit and the fuel pump. These connections should always be replaced with new hose and we suggest fuel injections hose. It is a better quality and will not flatten or kink as easy. If you are bumping your fuel line from 5/16? to 3/8? remember that the sending unit will have to be larger and the fuel pump fitting or hose bead will have to be larger. Many cars in the 50?s, 60?s and 70?s only have the main fuel line.
Fuel Return Line ? This line on many high-performance cars and returns unused fuel back to the tank. It is a smaller dia because it returns less than is pumped to the engine. Many fuel pumps have a return provision and the ones that don?t will have a fuel filter that has the provision. The fuel return line usually runs side by side with the main fuel line.
Fuel Vapor Emission line. This started in 1970. It serves as a gas tank vent and is usually hooked to a charcoal canister at the front of the car. This line also prevents vapor lock and heating and cooling issues in the fuel system. Some choose to leave this line off and regret it later. This line can also run with the main and the return or sometimes by its self on the opposite side of the car.

Your lines will come completely preformed with correct factory bends, fittings on the ends with the correct 45 deg. double flare, or metric bubble flare ends. These lines may also have wire spring wrap, cloth wrap where on the original line. All you must do, is bolt into place.
These lines are all CNC Computer Manufactured in our state-of-the-art facility in Shelby twp. Michigan USA. Our exclusive laser scans original lines or imports data from 3d models or blueprints and this information is down loaded to one of our 18 CNC benders to produce your lines. All flares and end forming are done on hydraulic end formers and pressure inspected for a perfect flare every time.

Line Install Instructions:
Step
1. Carefully
Remove Old Lines. Even with
our extensive research & development we still find some cars with parts
that differ from our patterns. Multiple
vendors made lines for the OEM, they start and end in the same location, but
the bends may be slightly different. Always remove your old lines carefully for
comparison. Once you're satisfied that the new lines match your originals, you
can dispose of the old lines. If your old line is different, we may need a
picture or your original line as an example of what is right for your car.
Step
2. Before
Altering A Line. Make sure
the line you are comparing to is an original line. If your line has a long
fitting on one end and short fitting on the other it is remade. If the line has
wave like bends and wraps around to take up the slack in the line it is remade.
The original line will have crisp clean bends just like the replacement line.
If a line must be altered to fit a non-stock application, (line lock, dual
master, disc brake conversion) or your application varies from our part beware,
once the part is bent up, cut, and not in the original shape

Sales Tax
Orders outside the state of Michigan are not required to pay sales tax. All orders placed in the state of Michigan, add 6% sales tax to your total order amount.
Shipping

Shipments within the Continental USA
Most of our products ship via FedEx Ground or USPS, but we also utilize other convenient and cost effective shipping services. All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. States close to Michigan usually receive shipments within a few days, west coast orders can take up to 5 days.
Hawaii and Alaska Orders
All Canada, Hawaii and Alaska orders will be shipped by postal carrier. The cost of shipping to Canada must be determined after the order is initially placed. An invoice will be sent to you with the corresponding shipping rate. In the event that an invoice for shipping charges is not received, please message us via the seller link to get your rate.
International Shipments
All international orders are handled via eBay's Global Shipping Program. International shipments can at times take several weeks to get throught customs so please keep this in consideration.
Express Shipping
Inline Tube does not offer any form of express shipping.
Returns
Inline Tube Return Policy
Returns & Refunds
Inline Tube stock items may be returned within thirty (30) days from the purchase date. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. Shipped costs must be prepaid and merchandise must be in resalable condition (see below). Returned items must be in new/unused/resalable condition and must be accompanied by a copy of the ebay order or full legal name of seller, eBay user ID and email address for us to process any claim. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the purchase date. No returns will be accepted for any portion of a complete set.
We do not provide call tag service for parts pickup. The customer will pay freight on all return orders. Mailbox stores charge service and packing fees that are not refundable by Inline Tube.
Resalable Condition
All returned goods are to be in resalable condition. This means we will not accept a part used on a car, greasy, damaged, bent or without the original box. Resalable means in the same condition as you received it in.
Damaged Packages - Shipping
Report damaged packages immediately by sending a message through the seller link. Please include pictures of the damaged product AND package in your message. Damages MUST be reported WITHIN 48 HOURS of receipt of the order.
Shortages or Incorrect Orders
If there is a mistake on your order, contact us immediately via message though the seller link and we will make arrangements for the exchange of the correct items. Count and confirm all items in sealed bags BEFORE opening that bag. Shortages or other issues must be reported WITHIN 48 HOURS of receipt of the order.

Limited Warranties
Inline Tube warrants that goods sold by it shall be free from defects in material and workmanship, and shall conform to all applicable specifications and drawings. Inline Tube liability, whether based on breach of warranty of contract or negligence in manufacturing, shall by limited to replacement or repair (at Inline Tube inspection) of the defective or nonconforming goods, or (at Inline Tube's election) refund of the purchase price. This warranty shall apply, and Inline Tube shall be liable for replacement, repair, or refund, only if the buyer has given Inline Tube written notice of the defect or nonconformity within 30 days after the delivery of goods to buyer. Inline Tube assumes no liability over the results of the use of any goods purchased from Inline Tube including, without limitation, their use in combination with other components, assemblies or products, or their suitability for a particular environment. The foregoing constitutes the sole and exclusive warranty of Inline Tube and the sole and exclusive remedy of the buyer, and is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, as to merchantability, fitness for the purpose sold, description, quality, or any other matter.
