Vintage,1970' as best I can tell from AFL Workers United tag that does not have CIO Union Made side but you can see where it was cut. I am fairly confident in my identification.

 Gray Painters Pants 34/33 AFL Workers United CIO Union Tag with a Talon Zipper Rectangular deep front Pockets. Two button back pockets Straight leg, Flat front. No materials tag is given either. They are most likely polyester as was the style and times.

 I do not believe these were ever worn. No rips, holes, tears, signs of any use. No fading to fabric or thinning of material. Small signs of age due to storage and aging may possibly be observable. No size tag is present. I do not see any where it was removed from. May or may not have ever been included. Fabric pencil marks can still be seen inside pants. See pictures for full condition.
