Shipping frequency: I ship once a week. If you want your order process and ship in one day, you should order until Sunday a.m. (CENTRAL-EUROPEAN TIME).

Shipping type: I ship the items with priority letter with tracking plus signature delivery.

Ships from and with: Please notice that, the items made in and shipped from Europe (Hungary) and I ships them with the national post.

Shipping time: That's why the shipping time can range from a few days to up to one month. But depending on holidays (your and my country holidays), busy seasons (for example black friday, Christmas), international disruptions (for example coronavirus) etc. the shipping time can be 6-8 weeks unfortunately. Return, refund: If you wish to return an item please contact me immediately.  We have a 10 day return policy which begins once the item(s) has(ve) been received by you. All items are sent out in perfect condition and packed well and must be returned in the same condition. Shipping charges can not be refunded. Return shipping must be paid by the customer unless is a seller mistake.

Lost items: Unfortunately sometimes the package can get lost during the shipping process. In this case if the package not arrive in 2,5 month you will get a full refund.

Returned to sender item:
In case the item we sent, for any reason, returns to us, we can send it back to you (the reshipping cost will be covered by the customer) or we can refund you the money (less the original shipping cost paid)
