All our HP / Computer parts come direct from HP Inc. These are excess parts sold to us as NEW and are Genuine HP replacement parts.

We will list these items under their HP spares number and or manufacturers OEM part numbers as the majority of the parts can be used in other Branded products. (Not just HP)

Please check the photos carefully as we spend a lot of time taking photos of individual products.

HDD & SSD

Hard Drives & SSD Drives are generally the brand we have photographed, but if we purchase large qty?s of the same HP spares number, they may have packed multiple brands. These are always a major brand. (If you need a particular brand just ask as we can check it before purchase) 99% of the time it is exactly as we have photographed.

LAPTOP SPECIFIC PARTS

Parts that are specific to an exact model, please double check the part number on the old part, if they do not match, there is a huge chance this wont fit.

If items come back used or broken we will not refund, but return the item back to you.

Please use HP Part Surfer to identify the spares fitted to your HP product.

HP MOTHERBOARDS / SYSTEM BOARDS

All Motherboards, system boards are Brand new, some of these will need the user to either update the BIOS and or add the units serial number onto the board. Using HP DMIFIT Utility. Sometimes you can find the downloads online, or a simple BIOS update will sort the warning, The board will still work but it will show a warning upon startup. Until one of the above processes have been done.

Motherboards that have been fitted are non returnable.

RETURNS

We only accept returns of NEW un-touched items, in their original packaging.

This is not a try before you buy service, if you are unsure about compatibility please ask as we maybe able to help

Our products are sold on the basis for a like for like swap and cannot guarantee any part used for upgrade.

i:e if you have a i5 HP EliteBook and want to fit a i7 motherboard, we do not guarantee the part will work or not be damaged due to be incompatible.

If you have a Faulty item we will be happy to assist and get the issue resolved ASAP.

All items are shipped with DPD on a Next Day service.

If your item is under £15, depending on size or weight this will be shipped with Royal Mail (Tracked)
