Vintage/antique hand-made long-sleeve cotton baby vest top, with narrow lace edging.  This is a simple wraparound style, with drawstring neck.  White.  
It is definitely not suitable for actual wear, as it obviously doesn't meet modern safety standards, but it be useful for doll-dressing, education or just for pure nostalgia! 
Measurements are: Chest 20", Shoulder to shoulder 8", Shoulder to hem 9".   Hand wash only.  

Condition:  This garment is old, and has clearly been used many times, darned, and well cared for.  There are some tiny marks, as shown, and some yellowing around the neck.  It has been recently washed, so it is clean and fresh.
