We post within Australia Only.

If you purchase a pickup only item, please do not expect free shipping, as we cannot do this.

Please ensure your address is correct on eBay as this information is used for packing and addressing envelopes as soon as the item has been sold.

We cannot be held responsible for how Australia Post treat your parcel or should they lose or delay the delivery of it, but all items are packed well and tracking is provided, unless arranged otherwise.

All our items are smoke-free and are clean and fresh. If peloved, an item may have some scent.

We offer quality items and do our best to make sure we list as accurately as possible.

Many of our new items are from a clearance warehouse and are tagged by them, so you will find these discontinued or clearance items to be much cheaper than the usual RRP, and you can grab yourself a real bargain!

Unless described as 'new', you should expect any secondhand items to be pre-loved, and, therefore, expect that they may show signs of some wear. 

 

REFUNDS AND MERCHANDISE CREDITS:

We won't refund just because you change your mind; don't like it, or it doesn't fit... 

...so please do your research before you bid or buy.

We also do not give a refund on secondhand goods - as they are all sold on an 'as is' basis.

However, if we make a genuine error in a listing and it is clearly wrong, we are happy to fix these problems ASAP, and so please conduct this via messaging.
