Remove the Ball Joint

1. Assemble the ball joint press on the control arm of the vehicle. Select the correct size receiving tube and place it under the ball joint of the vehicle.
2. Place the disassembly adapter between the receiving tube and the jack screw.
3. Then, place the mounting adapter between the ball joint and the top of the ball joint press.
4. Tighten the jack screws until the receiving tube touches the control arm of the vehicle.
5. Check the alignment of all ball joint assemblies and continue tightening the jack until the ball joint of the vehicle is removed.

Install the Ball Joint

1. If you want to remove the brake anchor pins, please remove all from braking anchor pin lock ring holder.
2. Place the ball joint press on the brake spider.
3. Tighten the jack screws until the anchor pin can be removed.
4. To install the brake anchor pins, please insert the brake anchor pin. Then reinstall the lock ring retainer on the brake anchor pin.
5. Unscrewed the screw, remove the ball joint press.
