Possessing most of the features of the original G2 Nitrolon, the Surefire G2 LED improves on the series by incorporating a virtually indestructible LED bulb that emits a blinding 80 lumens of white light, over 4 times that of a 2-D-cell flashlight. Runtime is also improved, with 2 CR123A lithium batteries (included) producing useful light for 12 hours. The tailcap switch provides momentary or constant-on illumination, and the lightweight Nitrolon body is impervious to corrosion.
