The First Edition Carved Woodblock Print in 1803, Edo Period. It Depicts the Scene of A Woman Attempts to Strum A Shamisen - the Three - Stringed Instrument Popular in the Pleasure Quarters and on the Kabuki Stage of the Edo Period - While Her Little Son Affectionately Embraces Her. The Woodblock Print Shows Minor Crease, Abrasion, and Some Scratch on the Frame Consistent with Age, In Good Condition.
